Be advised Generals! The City Treasurer's Office, conducted an Orientation on the Use of Citation Tickets. In attendance were the first batch of the deputized traffic enforcers of the City Transport and Traffic Management Division headed by its Division Chief, Col. Francisco Pasicolan (RET). Also in attendance were the Acting Department Head of the Public Safety Office, Atty. Rowi Arbilon P. Malayag, and Zenaida Eturma, the Department Head of the City Treasurer's Office.
